The standard variator fulfills its basic function, but it usually falls short: it offers discreet performance at the start, loses efficiency in the mid-range, and does not take full advantage of the potential at high revolutions.
The Yasuni HP RACE speed control, thanks to its exclusive and patented design, is developed to keep the belt always in tension and prevent rpm drops. The new bells feature an optimized fit with the crankshaft, improving concentricity and reducing vibrations in high demands.
In addition, the new heat treatment applied to the surface increases the grip of the rollers and provides greater hardness and resistance to wear, ideal for intensive and sporty use.
PIN
The new DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) treatment applied to the
variator drastically improves its performance.
This technology creates an ultra-hard and minimal
friction surface, which reduces internal friction, increases mechanical efficiency, and prolongs the lifespan of the components, even in extreme conditions.
FINGERS
The new speed control fingers optimise the path of the rollers, improving the progressivity in the opening and offering a more precise and constant response.

pin support surface, improving stability, performance and reducing premature wear of components.
